FYI - I got this for our bonus room because it's uninsulated. Heating up cold air will make it dry. You may like the humidifier that comes with it also (I hate working out in dry air)

Yes.
I got this on Amazon and it works great for our bonus room (non insulated, always cold in the winter) haven't had any issues maintaining temperature since.
