Lavender bubble bath by Dr Teals was a game changer. It is soooo soothing and smells great. It is even under 5$. My son even loves it. It makes great bubbles too! This stuff rocks.

I'm so sorry to hear that you lost your job. I can't even begin to imagine the shock you're going through. When things are hard, I always recommend a bit of self-care. It won't give you a burst of dopamine, but it'll make your body and mind feel a bit less broken. I hope it's okay to give you a few things to hopefully help.
Foaming Lavender Bath and a pressure point back massager to help calm and relax your muscles, which I'm sure are tense.
A good movie to take your mind off the bad, if even temporarily.
And some yummy snacks.
Some chamomile tea, fluffy socks, and a comfy blanket should help you feel at least a tiny bit better.
