I used drowsy free Dramamine:

I take one tablet when I Get in ride for the ride of the day and am generally okay. (I'm good for 1 or 2 rides w/o that, though).
I've heard that Ginger Capsules could have the same affect.

yes, eat well and drink plenty of water. Drink what you think is enough water and then drink some more. That said, I hit the nausea ceiling like a brick wall. I use ginger or mint tea - it helps with the nausea and hydration issues at once (read labels to make sure it actually has ginger/mint in it). Sometimes I have powdered ginger at the same time as the kratom for preventative measures. Get good shit. Try Asian food markets (Asia as in "India" too). Dramamine makes a "natural" version which has 500mg per capsule but you can find it cheaper in the vitamin aisle. Look for "standardized" on supplement labels to be sure you are actually getting what you are paying for. I like "ginger trips" which taste bleh but I think they help. I am always game to try anything pregnant women endorse for morning sickness because they are serious about nausea. I also use Nauzene which might very well be placebo being that I am part hypochondriac, placebos do me wonders ;)
