I think you're doing good, you got something right which a lot of people struggle with and that's facial consistency. Have you done any sequential art though? Because this character needs to be seen in context of a scene before you get any meaningful feedback, I think.
Other than that if I were being picky I'd say the poses are a little stiff, and you might want to study clothing and drapery to improve the structure of the dress you have drawn. I used this book to learn how to draw clothes but there are plenty of tutorials on youtube as well.
And good luck! I'm drawing a graphic novel too and it's incredibly challenging!!
