$100-$140 (new) band saw is probably one of the safest for repeatability.
Second option is a scroll saw. ($70-$150) harbor freight option, rockwell makes a nice table version.

I don't agree with those saying table saw, angle grinder, jig saw. Sure it could be done. But safety is an issue with small items.
