I spent most of my afternoon chopping and grinding a pair of stocks for my 10/22s. Dremel, hacksaw, file and pocket knife were used. I'll be going back to finish them up with a bit more filing and a bit sanding. Dremel worked fine using a straight routing bit. Cuts more agressively than a burr but clears the chips much easier and heat isn't an issue.
