You can buy a set here
Or if you're feeling crafty you can make your own
I swear by these suckers. Run 'em through the dishwasher when you're done.
HVAC/electrician guy here. I see a lot of this, and my SO was initially like this as well. It's honestly not that big of a deal. Here are some tips:
My SO found a "handy women" Facebook group that has all kinds of cool shit and people and really helped her a lot in the confidence area. They even have some cool shit she shared with me that I've never heard of before that we use all the time now. For example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MKJQCXP/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_0JCQC96RFW4A93NWXMGZ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Damn, that shit makes me love cleaning the bathroom now! All the tile in our shower is my bitch!
Also, there are some really great YouTube channels. A few I would recommend off the top of my head:
This Old House - everything for home improvement - drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, you name it, they have it. It'll give you the basis you need to figure out and plan whatever project you need to do.
Electrician U - this has great shit on how to install new outlets, ceiling fans, can lights, how to wire three way switches, ceiling fans, I mean just fucking everything. Dustin is the shit. Why did I pop a breaker?
Project Farm - this is just videos of testing all the different brands for shit and seeing exactly what they can and can't do versus each other. Need to buy a cordless drill? Watch his video on cordless drills.
HVAC School - this is probably a little more in depth than you might need, but it will give you incredible insight on how HVAC systems work, which will help you troubleshoot any issues you might have. Extra shoutout to their videos on the refrigeration cycle and reversing valves. This will teach you how heat pumps, air conditioning, and your refrigerator work.
Epic Gardening/Epic Homesteading - Kevin will teach you how to grow damn near anything reasonable, and even some unreasonable stuff. Super easy to watch, not dry at all like some of these channels are. This is how you learn to stop accidentally killing all your plants like I used to!
April Wilkerson - she DIY's pretty much anything and everything home related, and shows you how she does it and how you can do it fairly easily without a huge crazy big shop (even though she has one and some of her builds are HUGE).
Then lastly I would look at Lucky Gunner, which is a channel about firearms and mostly self/home defense. Chris keeps the politics and emotions out of it, and just teaches what things are, how they work, and how you want to use them to be safe. It is mostly a gun channel, but he also has some really good stuff on pepper spray and whatnot.
Also, big shoutout to a bunch of subreddits in which you can ask questions about this kind of thing - r/HVACadvice, r/electricians, and r/plumbing.
Lastly, I would check out r/Tools when you need to get something you don't have for recommendations on good quality/usability vs. price. Trying to struggle through something with the wrong or shitty tool will just make things a lot worse. It's important to have the right tool for the job so you can focus on getting it done right the first time instead of spending all your time frustrated and being angry with it which leads to not wanting to tackle new projects later.
Welcome to the joy of home ownership! It's scary at first, but later it pays you back in spades. You're going to be great, and you're going to have a great time. Come out to our subreddits with your questions!
Honestly, I would consider one of those spinney brush things that attach to drill. OR magic eraser type sponge.

One thing to remember for Every Single Cleaning Brush Ever including brooms is that all the cleaning is done with the TIP of the bristles, so do not apply pressure. All you will do is bend and destroy bristles and decrease their effectiveness.
Yes there are! I got a 3 pack on amazon, all brushes though I’m not too sure about a pad.
