This is the one I was referring to that I have. I think there’s a second edition now and he also has a companion live fire training book as well. You can buy the scaled targets he uses in the book from his pro shop, or you can make your own fairly easily. Since you’re not actually shooting them though, they’ll last forever so I think it’s worth the small investment to get regulation targets.
Worth the money: Dry-Fire Training: For the Practical Pistol Shooter. It's packed with drills and par times.
