It was some orange blossom honey I got off Amazon (this stuff). I actually did two honey additions. It was a 3 gallon recipe where I caramelized 10oz of honey on the stove and added it to the boil, and then I added 19oz of honey straight to the fermenter when I saw the krausen begin to drop. Gravity was about ~1.043 without the honey, somewhere north of 1.070 with it. Brewers Friend says it was 28% of the fermentables, so I guess it was on the borderline of being a braggot...
