I love this thing. Had it for two years, can change the sensitivity, extra buttons for actives of items. This thing is great! Cheap, reliable. I was desperate for a mouse and bought his and fell in love. Highly recommend, it's perfect for League.
I've been fairly impressed by this guy:
I've had mine for a few years, if you keep the lights off the battery last a few months on AA with heavy use. No noticeable lag. Comfortable for my big hands. Only real complaint is the thumb "support" isn't great. Needs to be bigger and further forward.
for now, this: E-Blue Mazer II 2500 DPI Wireless Gaming Mouse (EMS601BKAA-NF) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DPC015E/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_gxWAwbX0FZ3EG
it's pretty solid considering the price and being wireless. but I'm looking to upgrade to the Logitech G502 very soon. one of the best gaming mice on the market at an affordable price
I recommend the E-Blue Mazer 2 Its an amazing mouse for the money. As long as you can live without the blue glow, battery life is great. It has a good weight and decent grip. Good luck!
Now laugh at me if you want, but I have the E-Blue Mazer 2, and I love it... Sure the company name sounds like a terrible attempt at a razer knock off, but honestly I love it... It's incredibly cheap, and I have tried other mouses including deathadders and such and I keep going back to this one... Check out the reviews

2 dollars over budget, but as a previous owner of this mouse, I can confirm the excellent build quality of it. Battery life is fairly good. I had to replace the batteries probably everyone month and a half to two months. I moved on the a Corsair Raptor M45.
I picked this one up from them. I used to keep it in my backpack with my laptop. Pretty solid wireless mouse. Decent quality and battery life. Comfortable without being too obnoxiously shaped. The lighting really goes with my desk set up too haha.
For what it's worth, I have a severe palm grip. It's to the point I can't use any mouse that isn't specifically for a palm grip. The DA is one of the more comfortable ones I've used but I switched it out to use this. It's the most comfortable mouse I've used. There is a wired version as well (I have both wired and wireless) but be aware you cannot turn the LEDs off on the wired version.
If he wants a cheap wireless gaming mouse, this might be the one for him.
I have an E-3lue Cobra, the quality is actually pretty good for the price. I switched to a Logitech G600 because I needed more buttons though. My brother has the Cobra now, he's playing Planetside 2 and CS:GO and he's happy with it.
Did not work. PS4 is still detecting the Naga as a mouse, no matter what I try. I've tried every combo of things and it's still being a fuck. It's weird because it's detecting this mouse as a keyboard, but not the Naga.
This is what I have, its done me so good since I got it ages ago :) Only issue I had was when I mashed mouse button 5 too hard when angry (my mic button) and I made the button really loose (still works fine though)

2) A logo of Gabe Newell 3)Your parents. 4) What's your build?
I have a E-Blue Mazer II 2500 DPI Wireless Gaming Mouse, it only has two things on the side to use for keybinds though. But it's 100% the best mouse I've ever had, I would buy it again.

Just realized you might be looking into wireless. If you are willing to splurge another $3, I recommend this.

I'd definitely recommend my current mouse, but there is also a wired version found here.
If you like a smaller mouse, there is the cobra jr. as well.
I swear by E-Blue, because, at the end of the day, it ended up being a pretty great setup for me!

This mouse is pretty damn good for the price. Also comes in wired or wireless versions.
I highly recommend this one. There is also a wired version. I have the wireless, and it is worth way more than what they price it at. Also, if used when gaming at night, it is a beautiful thing.
E-blue Mazer II, friend has it, he loves it and its cheep http://www.amazon.com/E-Blue-Mazer-Wireless-Gaming-EMS601BKAA-NF/dp/B00DPC015E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1448561218&sr=8-1&keywords=eblue+mazer
Well, it comes down to 2 options: 1) Get a nice optical mouse for <$60 + very large mouse mat (~$20) and cut it to fit your desk
2) Get a wireless laser mouse and call it a day. (anywhere from $20-$150) (Id suggest the Logitech g700s for $70, but you could also check these out Mazer2 and Mazer both are around $20)
Ive used the Mazer Type-R and Type L, both wired, and liked them a lot. Really good quality for the price.
Option 1 will provide far superior performance, but Option 2 will probably be more conformable.
What kind of games do you play?
Like I said earlier, I switched from a Razer Mamba ($100) to an optical mouse and I have seen a very significant increase in game performance.
