i ordered over 6months ago and they don't seem to have anymore 10x packs. but this was the same seller. E-mods
off the top of my head I can't tell you the correct part to buy. I can say that it's quite possible that you need to clean the sticks by taking the controller apart, or recalibrate them. it's possible that there is some sort of calibration that can be done by opening the controller. a simple google brought me to these, but I have no idea if they are appropriate for your controller or if that's the issue to begin with. I would advise you to open the controller and look at the sticks to verify if they have a model number, how many and what type of connectors they have, their physical specs, etc. all of these things become important when you try to replace them as otherwise you can't be sure if the new ones will fit. other than that, try googling for a site that can tell you specifically what to buy for your specific controller.

After looking up the replacement sticks specifically for the Switch Pro on Amazon, it looks like they share the same design but the skirt size and depth might not work. If they aren’t just right, they’ll come in contact with the rocker or the casing and be useless.
No, grips aren't good enough, they're always going to either sit loose, have a crappy texture that wears off easily, be convex instead of concave, extend the effective length of the stick, or some other stupid bullshit.
Microsoft actually bothered to spend money on R&D for ergonomics, some random company that makes random silicone garbage, did not (and apparently neither did Sony). If you want decent sticks, you pull out the shit-tier Sony ones and replace them entirely with a pair of XB1 style sticks.

This happens to all of mine. Eventually it will start hanging on the outer shell and not return to center by itself. I bought these. Takes 10 minutes to swap out.

I use xb1 sticks on my controller and love it! The grip is way better than the stock ps4 sticks and there is no chance of the sticks getting warn out because they are plastic. You have to take apart the controller but there are a lot of youtube videos out there on what to do.
There are a lot of stick replacements I've bought on amazon that didn't actually fit my controllers. The xbox one sticks were the only ones that fit. They work good IMO. They wear slower.

I got the sticks on amazon. They're great (especially since I'm used to the xbox 360 controller, recently got the ps4). Yea I couldn't really find anything either. I will link the sticks though.

I had this happen on my controller a few months ago. Decided to try replacing the thumb sticks myself, using a guide on iFixit. Bought a thumb stick kit on Amazon ($10.99 for a set of 4) that came with the only tools needed. Successfully completed the repair & the controller has been perfectly fine since then.
Glad I didn't let my fear of "tinkering" with the controller stop me from trying. It really was very easy.

Ahh, your sticks are pretty much on stage two on its life cycle. Next to that is tearing up on one edge which is what mine did. As others have mentioned, getting a kontrol freek is okay, but the edges on the grips can lead to ripping the rubber.
Honestly, I just bought 2 xbox one thumbsticks and replaced them. THe DS3 rubber texture was amazing at gripping the surface of my thumb, but the ds4 seems to have used something different that's not so grippy.
XBOX thumbsticks.. they offer a more grippier surface for me due to it working like a suction cup. They are also i bit longer than the ds4's thumbstick so it's like having a kontrol freek offering more movements.
DS4 OEM Thumbsticks It's a bulk order but according to the name as well as the reviews, it is authentic.

I'm not seeing a page for just 2 of the sticks, but search for "Xbox one sticks" on Amazon to get the pairs, they're in different colors but are cheaper, green ones are $4.50.
I bought mine from them, company and sticks are legit! I find the X1 sticks to be much better than the defaults, higher build quality, the indent for your thumb is much better, and I find it much easier to get precise movement with the slightly taller X1 sticks.
