Congrats on the new home. There are plenty of videos on Youtube showing how to do wall drops. They don't have to be terribly invasive. You can get the materials you need for the price of one professionally done drop. Since you're in a multi story home I recommend some good magnets to locate the bit as you go up a levels. When going up a floor you'll likely need to open a small hole in the wall to finish the path to the attic or third floor. I run two lines up that opening. One for that attic run which in my case is a ceiling mounted Nano and the second I did as a wired drop for my son's game consoles. The keystone plate finished the hole perfectly.
I use this auger bit. The video is bad yet super helpful. Give it a watch.
