In Europe we just go to the ENT doctor since healthcare pays for that. Also you can buy special syringes which can be used to spray some water into the ears which is the same as what the doctor does but with a more professional device. I use that from time to time to clean my ears on my own.

Always take medical advice with a grain of salt online but....
I always have had ear problems and a few years ago I bought an ear syringe off amazon and it has literally been a GAME CHANGER.
I don't really want to admit it but I have it with me whenever I travel; it's as indispensable as a toothbrush for me.
Maybe book an appointment, and buy one of these in the mean time and see how you get on?
Picked one of those up and works a treat. Put drops of olive oil in your ear a few times a day and after 5-7 days the wax will be soft. Then use the kit linked above to flush out the wax. You'll feel slightly nauseated with the water in your eat but it's only brief and you'll have your hearing back again.
You can get some really good (questionably clinically recommended) syringes designed specifically for cleaning out ears. Mine get super clogged fairly regularly [I use something like this](www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0795WHD42/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_0KTH47GJD2H983A30913)
Its not an actual syringe, its designed to clean out your ears. This is the product however.
Medi Grade Ear Cleaner Ear Wax Remover - Ear Wax Removal Kit with 3x Soft Quad-Stream Tips. Clean Ears & Control Cerumen Naturally with Our Reusable Ear Cleaning Kit & Earwax Remover Tool for Home Use https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0795WHD42/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_X3JCH9ZTB0KAAR1JD4ME
You can use hydrogen peroxide + the blue ear syringe but what I do personally is use like cooking oils I use olive oil and just put a couple of drops in each ear and have your head tilted for a couple of minutes for each ear so the oil can get to the ear wax to soften it up. After a couple of days of doing that like twice a day I use this syringe https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0795WHD42/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 then to make sure it doesn't become a problem again immediately I just make sure to tilt my head while having a shower and having the water from the shower head get into each ear but on the weakest setting.
A regular bottle of olive oil from the supermarket might be better value, if you also use it for cooking etc., though you will need a dropper. I used the drops for about 7-10 days, until my ear felt 'sticky', then used this (Mine was under the Lug Guard brand, but same thing):
Got quite a bit of crap out - apols to those just having their tea ☺️
You sound a bit like me, that was weird ahah.
I’ve got one of these. works a treat for surface level stuff.
Amazon has them for 3.99
My ear got completely blocked with wax (my own fault as I started using earbuds and made it worse) earlier in the year and I used these syringes to clean it out myself. I used ear drops (Earex I think?) to soften it up and then repeatedly flushed my ear out with warm water until it was all out. It took a while but eventually broke through the blockage and tons of wax was coming out with each flush.

I use this after 3 days of otex. It takes like 50 squirts or more sometimes but never failed me.
