East of West (amazon link)? He doesn't ride a horse (he rides something pretty weird), but it could be this. It's one of the few hardcovers that I've seen that is all white; plus I also own it, since it's one of my favorite comics

You can grab it on Amazon if your local CBS doesn't have one. It's 500 pages and collects #1-15. It also has 50 pages of extra material, concept art, and the full script for #1. MSRP is $50 but Amazon has it for $32.
