There's a keto version of just about every dessert out there. If you are able to bake and cook and follow recipes, a good place to start is Carolyn Ketchum's Easy Keto Desserts. Also see Pinterest and /r/ketorecipes/. There are some really simple keto desserts out there that you don't even need to be much of a chef to make, and basically just involve mixing together 3-4 ingredients.

If you aren't someone who cooks or bakes, there are a lot of great keto sweets on Amazon, or you might even have a local bakery that does keto desserts. Also check out the Quest line of products to sate that sweet tooth, but those might be better for a cut or maintenance since all the protein and fiber will fill you up pretty quickly. Although all of this can get expensive quickly so you're better off cooking yourself if you make a lot of keto sweets.
