Purchase a carbon steel wok from the WokShop, 14" is ideal for a standard American stovetop. Flat bottomed for electric stoves, round for gas.

You will also need:

Wok Spatula
Wok Ladle
Natural Bristle Wok Brush for cleaning (best for cast iron and carbon steel too)
