$30 Echo Wall Clock sync's wit hNTP automatically. Plus it connects to Alexa to display any timers you set.
I know this is a feature on the echo show 5, but not on the echo show. Sorry about that. I would recommend getting an echo clock.

My wife ordered a couple of wall clocks yesterday that pair with Alexa and show the time and how much is remaining on any timer you have. Here is the link on Amazon. Does that do what you are asking?

I have the Echo Wall Clock. It was a gift, but I actually really like it and haven’t had any connectivity issues or anything.
