If anyone is currently fighting these fucking bastards, I highly recommend this spray. If you can find where they're hiding, this stuff kills them in seconds.

If you can't find where they're hiding, you will need to use a lot of it over some time because if you can't spray the eggs, they'll keep hatching.

We found ours hiding under the slats of our bed frame. I can't express to you how cathartic it was to spray those little fuckers as they ran in terror, watch them try to do a handstand to get out of the deadly liquid, then freeze in place and DIE. Fuck them, I hope this shit hurts like hell as it kills them.

Once we had killed all of the hatched bugs, we soaked every inch of the bed frame and mattress to make sure all the eggs were killed. And like magic, they never came back.

Every time I see a thread on bed bugs, I have to share this. That was one of the worst times in my life and I still think I'd maybe burn my house down if I ever got them again. But if you don't want to do that, use this.
