It's hard to find any specs for the antenna ports on that motherboard, but based on the images I can see, they look to be standard RP-SMA ports. This antenna will very likely work. I use the same antenna on an old 3x3 802.11n TP link card and it works great.
Scratch that- I think u/ontheroadtonull is right. Very possible they are MMCX connectors... which is odd. Look at the top right image on this page. You may need to find the Asus antenna somewhere online or get MMCX to RP-SMA adapter cables....
Yes, I do need two sets of antenna.
The wireless card I used has three slots for antenna: Imgur
So I bought this antenna to connect the card.
And the original one keeps connecting to AX201.
