Assuming running ethernet or MoCA is impossible, buy a high gain external antenna with RP-SMA connectors and mount it somewhere more appropriate, instead of on the floor behind your PC like the current antennas, e.g.

They are... Specifically RP-SMA connectors.
OP, you're looking for something like this.
Would this work ?
Says the max range is 150ft.....I don't know if that's far enough. I'm upstairs and the living room is below me.
What are you using now for the antenna? Better range/bandwidth is mainly going to be about antenna gain rating... and location, not behind the case. This is good upgrade option https://www.amazon.com/Eightwood-Antennae-Extension-Computer-Bluetooth/dp/B09XHBFXXH
I couldn't find the spec for the antenna connectors on that X570. Check if they're RP-SMA or to match what antenna, if, you do buy.
If you want a USB solution, the T4U is the best budget option from Microcenter. (I have used the T9U and it is amazing.) Though these are 2x and 4x the cost of an antenna.
Try a better antenna. It definitely makes a difference in my house with signal strength & bandwidth. https://www.amazon.com/Eightwood-Antennae-Extension-Computer-Bluetooth/dp/B09XHBFXXH/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?keywords=eightwood+antenna&qid=1669652401&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyUUEwUTNFTTJPN1owJmVuY3J5cHRlZElk...
We use TP Link Archer as well.. however, you might need something beefy at that range, so I would look into adding external antennas instead of the standard short antennas that come off of it.. This way you can move it up the wall closer to the access point. Like this https://www.amazon.com/Eightwood-Antennae-Extension-Computer-Bluetooth/dp/B09XHBFXXH
30-40 feet through walls is not a good starting point for solid connection, in gaming, etc.
