Mine does the same thing, you can also get something like this.
These are nice because they’re just temporary. In the winter, my ring spins a lot, but in the summer, it feels almost tight at times, so I like the option of being able to cut the sizer to fit whatever my hand is doing at a particular time of the year.
GET YOURSELF A SILICON RING. My god. Just do it. And/or this type of ring adjuster. Then on your next day off together take him and the kids to the jewellery shop and stop in somewhere for lunch on the way home. If he's a good husband then this isn't something to stress over. If he's not then there are bigger things going on and it's still nothing to stress over.

These little plastic noodles are perfect as a temporary and cheap fix. This might be a good solution until you get a wedding band as the band might make your engagement ring feel tighter.

If the ring is too large, you cut a piece of that of and put it between the ring and your finger.
