Cat crap. It’s sold at Walmart or online. Me and several other guys been using it for years.

They also sale it in a spray, but I find this works better.
Also if you can wear contacts, that’s the best option there is.
Cat Crap works ok. It helps with fog but big drops can still get stuck:
If there's foam around the rim of your goggles, tear it out to improve air flow. If you wear a hat while playing, turn it backwards so there's no bill blocking air. Do your best to leave space if you're wearing a helmet. If one is made for your goggles, buy thermal pane lenses.

If all else fails, buy some cat crap.
Catcrap is great for this https://www.amazon.com/EK-USA-Multi-Use-Anti-Fog-Spray/dp/B072Z7M7RX
A small dab of toothpaste or shaving cream on the inside of the lenses, then buffed off, will prevent this. Also, Cat Crap is awesome.
Rub some Cat Crap on them and it really helps eliminate fogging up when your sweating your ass off or mashing in etc. https://www.amazon.com/EK-USA-Multi-Use-Anti-Fog-Spray/dp/B072Z7M7RX
I don't wear glasses, but maybe try Cat Crap

It works great on my motorcycle helmet.
Cat crap seriously, that's the name of the company. They have a great lens cleaner that works pretty well with fogging. I got it at the optical department at Walmart https://www.amazon.com/EK-USA-Multi-Use-Anti-Fog-Spray/dp/B072Z7M7RX
I have OTG goggles, and I've skied with my glasses on under them once, and never again. I can't do contacts, they've never felt right. So I ordered prescription inserts for my OTG goggles from goggles n more. Their customer service team will tell you which frames are most compatible with your goggles.
As for fogging. Buy some Cat Crap. dab a little on your finger, and smear it onto both sides of your goggles and lens inserts, let is dry for a few minutes, then buff it out with a microfiber cloth. It's a hydrophobic coating that undiscovered when dealing with my glasses fogging up while wearing masks throughout the day.
I use this stuff . It doesn't snow here . But, it works reasonably well in downpours .
