It's this one. Nice, cheap, simple. based on size and weight it technically shouldn't be able to hold up this monitor but I can confirm that it does. And it's not difficult to move it around either. You'll just have to increase the tension on the joints to preeeetty much max.
My biggest complaint that is that the cable management channels could stand to be a little more accommodating and they're also cheap, flimsy plastic, so I'm really delicate with them any time I'm messing around with cables (which thankfully isn't often). The stand itself is solid, though.
Hm, not quite that high but I see arms like this that can go as low as the table and about 15-18" off/higher? I have no experience with this brand or product, fyi, just a suggestion:

I really like it. Really high quality
I believe it's this one. It's pretty basic, but it gets the job done and I wanted something brushed/silver/metallic looking vs. black.
I have the same monitors and I use 3 of these eletab arms for my setup. They're not gas spring so it's a little stiff, and the tilt has a little play in it but once you tighten everything up and compensate for the play in the tilt by tilting it up higher and slowly lowering it into being straight, it holds together perfectly. I've had these arms for about a year and there are no complaints from me at all.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BF76ZG1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_YU4jFbSGMAWMT I have this, it's alright. I have to really tighten the tilt screw to make it tilt right. And even with a slightest tap it goes down a lot - again it's got to do with tightenimg of the screws. Once you get them right, you're pretty good
It's the EleTab Single Monitor Desk Mount - Stand Articulating Full Motion Swivel VESA
