I really like them. Had a problem with idle battery life in the beginning but a hard reset cured that. Now they’re my favorite pair of headphones. I’m nowhere near an audiophile so take it with a grain of salt

You can try to find ones that are padded or add some foam padding yourself. Will relieve some pressure.

If you have something like a 6XX with a middle area, thin headphone stands like this may work if it doesnt contact the padding on the headband.
