I use these. They're ok for $10, my only complaint is that it kinda kills the headband on my M50 due to the extra force on it. I don't have the room for headphone stands so I'm stuck with hangers until I change my living arrangements.

They are stick-on, and come with extra 3M strips in case you fuck up.

They are pretty cheap plastic and wasn't too happy when I got them. But they do their job and have been holding up fine, so I guess it's worth it considering other headset stands are big and usually $15-20+ each.
As far as the desk extensions, since Ikea removed their Galant lineup, I don't think you can anymore. But they were sold separately a few weeks/months ago. Try craigslist or searching through their online store, might get lucky.

Look great, one recommendation though. I'd get a headphones hook and mount it to the leg of the desk for more space.

I use these next to my desktop, I place them on my wall.
- Velcro cable ties are the best. Monoprice makes these and you can get 50 for around $10 after shipping. Easy to use and move.
- I got these headphone hooks for the studio a while back and they look great. They include some 3M command strips for mounting.
- As I've mentioned in a few places, I'm assembling an 8U rack out of an IKEA RAST table using these instructions. I'll post pictures when it's done.
- If you have a rackmount power conditioner, you can have all of your synths turn on and off with one switch and protect them from surges. Win-win!
- Got an Evolver or other piece of gear without a power switch? Here's your fix, assuming that it fits your AC adapter.

I was looking at these as well, but I went with ELHooks instead so I didn't have to screw things into the wall (these use 3M command strips). Also, I didn't like the idea of a flat surface pushing on the headband, so I came up with a solution using a 3 inch section of a cd/dvd spindle cover http://i.imgur.com/rtbrvvD.jpg.
