I mentioned this another thread recently, but this is the pillow I use to help with my cervicogenic headaches and highly recommend it-it's eliminated them. I found this pillow great because it provides the neck support that I found I was lacking in other pillows and while it's soft, it doesn't sink in like a memory foam pillow does, taking away from the support that my neck needs. I too am a slide sleeper and while it took a few nights of getting used to, I find it just as comfortable, if not more comfortable than any of my other previous pillows, especially because I'm not waking up with pain/waking up and having to refluff my pillows.
If you decide to buy it, I'd recommend letting it air out for a few days as it can have a somewhat strong smell (this fades quickly though) and giving it a fair shake- it can be hard to get used to. I stopped using it after a days after because I didn't like it for whatever reason, headaches came back, went back to the pillow, headaches went away and I loved the pillow the second go around.
I suffered from these for years- I was complaining to a coworker one day and she suggested a neck support pillow. I was like “yeah okay another bs option that won’t work” but by that point I was desperate for any type of solution and had nothing to lose and everything to gain. And you know what? The pillow actually made a world of difference. It takes a little bit to get used to but honestly, I haven’t had a cervicogenic headache since I started using it and find it incredibly comfortable now that I’ve gotten used to it. pillow
Here is the link. It's like 40 bucks right now. Beware, it's a very hard pillow which I like.
I’ve been using this pillow and it’s made a world of difference. I recommend letting it sit out for a day or two as it has a somewhat strong smell at first. It can also take a bit of getting used to, I used it for a few days, gave up and decided I didn’t like it. My cervicogenic headaches came back pretty quickly and I gave the pillow another chance, loved it the second time around.
