Making your own videos for flipped learning is a struggle for many Teachers that don't really like fuffing about with technology.

All of these things are simply tools that you can use to enhance your teaching but they aren't requirements for quality education.
I'd probably recommend that embedding formative learning throughout is vastly more important than what tools you use to do it.
