It's on the cover of a great book Emotional Design: Why We Love (or Hate) Everyday Things
Which is a follow up to the famous book The Design of Everyday Things
Both highly recommended to anyone interested in design (not just product design - my company recommends these book in software and solution design as well)
There's a book by Don Norman called Emotional Design. It changed how I look at design and a lot of everyday things in general. It's about why people like the things they like, and why they associate with them. A lot of the book covers how things can be made more usable, but that making things more usable does not always equate to its popularity. It ends with a few chapters about robots.
