Really? The medium of instruction is primarily English ? That’s a huge claim. Got a source to back it up?
I think that’s going to be hard for you to show, especially since the historical language of instruction was Japanese as I recall.
I did check your claim out myself and couldn’t find a solid support for it. I also found this book
