Decided to go with the Ergotron HX Single Ultrawide Monitor Arm. The HD Pivot model was overkill and read not compatible. The Ergotron LX Model does not come with a Grommet.

It should be a fair bit less than that - currently £231 at Amazon, but the price varies between £190 and £250 there depending on the day! Plus £55-£65 for the heavy duty mount.

Expensive and heard lots of good things about it. Can't risk getting a cheap poor quality arm for a display this size

Quite funny actually. I honestly think the arm I have is a clone of that ergotron. It's definitely more rugged. I've owned the Amazon basics monitor arm and I can confirm that arm is way too weak for the CRG90

Amazon basics get the job done for most of it. If you have a heavy monitor like an ultrawide the only option I've found is

It's an Ergotron HX and I would buy it again. The arm is firm but you can easily move it around, tilt and do what not, also the white colour looks kind of nice.

I mounted the C2 on a ergotron hx (amazon) => images. I am around 80cm/31,5inch from screen and leaning back around 100cm/39inch. Productivity is totally fine... gaming with kbm atm in window mode (not the complete screen) with a gamepad and leaned back, i play in fullscreen.

For the monitor, there really isnt any other solid solution for the monitor arm. It has to be Ergotron HX.

People recommend this monitor arm and that but I had to refund 2 monitor stands coz it would always sag due to sheer weight.

Monitor is 19.95 lbs, but with cables etc I can see it being around 20.
