There's two volumes of Ernest's Greatest Hits on youtube here and here.

These are from the Ernest DVD set, which is six discs, but probably could fit onto one or two. The movies in the set are some of Ernest's worst, but these commercials and the last disc, which is a really surreal video called Your World As I See It that actually just recycles some of the jokes from the commercials, make the set worth it in my opinion. Your World As I See It is also up on Youtube.
