I appreciate and agree with both of you. I started in June and am down 18 lbs. I plateau every few weeks. What’s helped me tremendously has been a $20 scale purchase on Prime. It allows me to see changes in weight, BMI, muscle mass, protein, metabolic age and more. If the weight isn’t dropping for a bit, but my percentage of body fat has gone down a percent or two, I’m winning.
I hope this doesn’t sound silly, but seeing myself lost fat and gain muscle mass has been very encouraging. Scale
