It was good for the cooking technique (apparently most Ethiopian restaurant food is just the same process with different ingredients/spices) but we hit the spices a lot harder than the ones listed in the book, especially turmeric and berbere. It came out delicious and was surprisingly easy.
I just requested this book from my local library. It won the James Beard award this year for best international cookbook.
Excited to try out some recipes.
