Paddle Georgia did Dawsonville to Rome a few years ago. Check out their maps and detailed guides. They spread the trip over 7 days because the group is so large so you could definitely do it in a shorter period depending on how hard you want to paddle. https://garivers.org/paddle-georgia/maps/
