Since you say you cook, check out Everyone's Table by Gregory Gourdet. I've been cooking from it a lot recently because my wife who has been living with Celiac for over 10 years did a cross-reactive panel and learned she also can't have dairy, soy, or any other grains other than corn. He was a Top Chef runner up and is opening a restaurant here in Portland, OR (where gluten-free options are especially amazing and one of the reasons we moved here).
If you live in an area with access to Asian and other ethnic grocery stores I cannot recommend the cookbook Everyone’s Table enough. Everything is gluten and dairy free in the book. The recipe for jerk roasted cauliflower is truly delicious.
