$449 isn't a win for me when a EVGA RTX 2070 is currently $479 on amazon right now. I am probably going to wait to see how Nvidia responses (maybe a price drop to match). I am glad that AMD is starting to match Nvidia but maybe they can beat them next generation.
Depends on game and setting you want when you're running it.
I built a Ryzen 5 2600 with a 2070RTX two years ago. 1440p 144hz monitor ( can do 165hz but I've never bothered)
It'll do 1440p. It'll do 144hz. It'll do ultra graphics settings. But it won't do all 3 at the same time, unless its an older game, or a low graphics game (in which case ultra graphics settings doesn't really matter anyways).

Don't quote me on this, but I think one of the easiest ways to get the most out of the parts you're buying is to get a board that supports OCing, and get ram that can run at higher mhz.

I see your picture is of a system already built. I'm guessing you're buying this from someone trying to sell it so they can upgrade to a new machine? Depending on price it might be worth it. graphics cards in general are hard for people to get right now. This is the card I bought 2 years ago (~july 2019 i think?) for $480, and now it costs more than the entire machine I built.
Newegg and Amazon are my favorite two places to buy computer parts (I built my entire computer from those two places), but there are lots of other places.

That one is a really good value, but there are some around $50 more than are clocked a bit higher if you prefer that.
Sorry about this, but wouldn’t this 2070 be better
EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 Black GAMING,8GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans Graphics Card 08G-P4-1071-KR https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J9L4HC2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_GkukDbHMDCG4K
It’s only 30 more dollars and has like 5% more performance. Plus EVGA has better customer service if it’s ever needed. And my brother has amazon prime so it’s arrive on Sunday.
I've been wanting to get rid of my r9 390x for a while (it does ok but I'm convinced it's the cause of some random issues I have and it's hot, etc), my problem is that my 144Hz monitor ONLY has a DVI port which is apparently pretty rare on newer cards and of course they're ones that I never see on sale.
So I'm kind of in a pickle. If I get one of the newer cards on sale (leaning towards a 2070 as I kind of want to get away from AMD, but AMD is still cheaper so idk), maybe I could upgrade to a 1440p monitor also but then I still have useless 144hz monitor. Or I have to stick with the one or two models that have a DVI port and continue to stick myself in this 'hole' of what seems to be a disappearing interface (I'm probably gonna have to get a new monitor at some point, right?).
Also before you go "get an adapter" I've done the research and normal DVI adapters do NOT do 144hz. You need fancy active/powered ones that cost $100+ and at that point a new monitor seems better.
Picked up at 2070 for $385 after tax EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 Black GAMING,8GB GDDR6, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J9L4HC2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_buvCDbX338N8K
Is this a good deal or should I cancel?
Same goes for Amazon & Newegg https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-RTX-2070-Black-Graphics/dp/B07J9L4HC2/ref=olp_product_details?_encoding=UTF8&me=ATVPDKIKX0DER https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487413&cm_re=EVGA_GeForce_RTX_2070_Black_GAMING%2c_08G-P4-1071-KR%2c_8GB_GDDR6%2c_Dual_HDB_Fans-_-14-487-413-_-Product
If you're sold on the EVGA it's almost half your budget.
A complete pc will need to be low cost, like a combo based on a B450.
$1030.00
It would need to be replaced. This article:
https://www.topflightpc.com/blog/recommended-hardware-for-sony-vegas-pro
Recommends an RTX 2070 8GB The GPU drives the monitors and well as processing renderings so it is important to get a robust model.
It's on Amazon if you want but details on the unit:

si buscas en promodescuentos.com de repente salen nada mas que hay que andar trucha, por que luego vuelan, disculpa el error de dedo.
I was eyeing this card. I think I'll pull the trigger soon. Thanks for the advice.
Yeah, you'll likely be fine with Beat Saber, but you'll probably run into issues with more detailed games.
If I were in your shoes and had the budget for a $400 VRM, I would do some more research but likely find another $50 and buy better video card first and then save up for a VRM.
Love Newegg but if I was buying a 2070 I'd probably just go with this for $499: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J9L4HC2/
my bad... i meant 500...

I am going with Amazon price. A 8 gb gddr6 GPU goes for that price.
The price for 8gb gddr6 is murder.
