Not sure if she will like this, but for cooking, we love using this sprayer which sprays olive oil in a line. I actually first got an olive oil aerosolizer, but it kept on getting clogged with oil. This sprayer is not as fine, but never clogs. We use it a lot to spray vegetables and food such as bread before putting in air fryer.

Sauce:
So what I do is get the wings all nice & crispy & then usually dip them in the sauce as I'm eating them, that way the skin stays crispy instead of getting soaked. I have a recipe I call Money Sauce, which is a green Peruvian sauce that goes awesome on regular chicken breast & also works pretty well for wings! You literally just throw it all in a blender:
Throw this all in & blend until smooth:
Make sure it's super silky-smooth & then add black pepper & salt to taste until it's at the flavor level you like it. This is one of the most bonkers sauces I make, it's sooooo good lol.
Rub:
Separately, if you want to try a fun wing rub & creamy dipping sauce, check this out:
I haven't quite settled on a final rub method yet. Right now it's pretty easy to use my oil spritzer to coat the wings & toss with a rub after baking. I used to use a Misto oil sprayer, which works really great, but you have to pump it & remember to only keep it half full (so it can pressurized) & would clog sometimes & require cleaning.
Now I use the Evo brand, which has a hand pump, similar to a cleaning spray bottle:
I mostly just use canola oil as it's cheap & pretty neutral-tasting. It's super nice for spraying onto a cast-iron pan, or for spritzing oil onto meat to sear or get seasoning to stick to! I've played with liquified butter, oil, airfrying it a second time, rubbing it initially, smoking them first, etc. It's a never-ending quest lol!
