Quick edit: this is the one I have that I know is measured. There’s other bottles I’ve seen but I’m not sure if they’re measured

I use regular oil, but one of these types of sprayers. So much easier to get a small amount of oil across the entire pan fairly evenly.

I have this one. It's pretty good, better than the cheap ones all over Amazon. Bed Bath and Beyond sells a similar Evo sprayer to this that holds more and is plastic. It probably works a little better.
