This is the best one I've found. It's not easy mounting it to most full-faced helmets, but with enough tape and glue it stays in place very well. It provides plenty of visibility of the road behind me with a small glance to my left.
Thirding. I absolutely love my helmet mounted mirror. Put one on my wife's helmet as well and it made her feel so much safer. I have that same mirror. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003LVHZ4O/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Stupid that it’s $40 bucks, but I guess you get what you pay for. I’ve tried just about all the cheaper options on Amazon. This one is by far the best for me. Fixes to the helmet so you don’t have to spend time finding reference points each time (like with a hand mirror). Strong enough and flexible arm to get the thing where you want it, and it’ll hold there in the wind.
The beauty of being in a bike is that you get to pretend to get a pedestrian when convenient and a car when convenient. Highly recommend getting this mirror to be able to do this safely:
I haven’t tried it, but feel like a helmet mirror might be a good solution. Though, def looks goofy.
Get a helmet mirror. It helped me feel 200% safer and more comfortable to ride in traffic. I'm aware of every single car behind me and know exactly when I can safely hop onto the car lanes for those pesky left turns or when a car lane is sufficiently empty enough for me to use when the cycling lane is super beat up. Here's my personal recommendation:
Yeah it's mostly flat, thank you for the advice! :) Appreciate! Yeah it helps that my skates are Maxxum edge 125mm so I get a speed boost from those. As for lateral movement safety... I don't care how dorky I look I'm using these lol: https://www.amazon.com/EVT-Safe-Bicycle-Helmet-Mirror/dp/B003LVHZ4O/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=helmet+mirror&qid=1628895905&sr=8-3
I’ve used this the entire time I’ve been skating and can’t imagine how unsafe I would feel in traffic without it at this point

I use this one:
EVT Safe Zone Bicycle Helmet Mirror https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003LVHZ4O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_lNkADbMYMMZB2
Attaches to the helmet. Larger than some others. Pretty stable when riding. The trick is getting it adjusted. Before you ride you stand and fix the mirror so you can see the edge of your left shoulder.
Safezone mirror is my favorite. Huge and looks dorky as hell, but it's the only one I haven't found to be frustrating to use. 40 bucks on Amazon but if you're in the pacific NW most likely you can find it for half that at bike stores.
This is the one I use: https://www.amazon.com/EVT-Safe-Bicycle-Helmet-Mirror/dp/B003LVHZ4O/
I fixed the link for you: https://www.amazon.com/EVT-Safe-Bicycle-Helmet-Mirror/dp/B003LVHZ4O
Mirror I use https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003LVHZ4O/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (why does a flipping mirror cost that much? you got me)
Radar is awesome but expensive and not useful if you are riding in traffic all the time.

they were at fault, but still get yourself one of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003LVHZ4O/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_5QZG376CHQWKMAPMGEVQ it'll change your life (and maybe save it too)
Can also go for something like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07GT8TM26?ref=ppx_pt2_mob_b_prod_image
And mount a mirror on it: https://www.amazon.com/EVT-Safe-Bicycle-Helmet-Mirror/dp/B003LVHZ4O/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=bike+helmet+mirror&qid=1632534828&sr=8-3
I've bought three different mirrors so far:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003LVHZ4O/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WG4MW43/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08G1JZ6H7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and two different phone mounts:

In my opinion for the Ghost, the best mirror is the Venzo mirror. It is sturdy has a number of points that can be swiveled and tightened and really shows what's behind you. the mirrors that go on the end were constantly being displaced so they quickly became useless to me. That mirror that straps to your helmet looks absolutely ridiculous and its over-priced.

The Gub mount I bought is very solid, but I didn't realize that they had different models and the one I bought doesn't swivel. It doesn't matt though because the real-estate on the Ghost's foldable handlebars are precious and the problem with the Gub is that at the only location I could fit it it would block my view of the voltage meter. The Truactive holder can easily move out of the way AND it can be removed without any tools..... Turns out that's a big plus, cause real-estate is precious.
Get sliders. They are easy to install and replace when they get damaged and they will stay on. The rubber caps Apollo provides will fall out... Guaranteed.
I plan to buy one of those kiddie handlebars, mount them towards the front and mount the lights too that (I haven't done any night riding yet and don't really plan to till I have to - I use this to commute). The light I bought is:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084WYHJHR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I'll probably buy a second one. the battery is large and external and velcro's to the stem.

Hope some of this helps.
I wear an EVT Safe Zone Mirror. It's fantastic, and if you break the arm, it can be put back together. Dorky af, but I feel so much safer with it.
Best mirror out there. https://www.amazon.com/EVT-Safe-Bicycle-Helmet-Mirror/dp/B003LVHZ4O Although it looks like amazon has inventory problems atm

Go forth and live in the future with this bad boy.
This. Not the same study I read a while back, but same results. As long as the volume is at a moderate level AND you are an attentive biker, you will hear & see all you need to be safe. If you don't already own one, get one of these. Best safety investment ever.
