I'm in love with this wallet:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009IMCGBW?keywords=exentri%20wallet&qid=1455144039
It is a trifold with a side clasp, so it stays compact. Unlike most other minimal wallets, I can put cash in without any folding like it is a money clip. And there are 6 credit card slots where two are externally accessible when closed.

Like every other minimalist wallet, it has external quick access credit card pockets.
So far it is the best minimalist wallet I've found that you can still put paper money inside of like a regular wallet. I'm not the type to publicly flash cash around like the other wallets require you to do.
I'm 29 days late to this party. But I really like this wallet:

A side clasp keeps it compact. There are 6 card slots where two are still accessible when closed. Unlike most other minimal wallets it carries cash like a regular wallet, no money-clip-like prefolding.
I'm a fan of the Exentri Wallet although the only downside is that there is no place to store your change.
I use one of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B009IMCGBW/ it is RFID blocking but has two easy slide out access slots so might suit your requirement without getting hit by card clash? It's pretty thin if you've only 3 cards in it, I hold more than that and it expands nicely.
This is what I use: Exentri Wallet - Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009IMCGBW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_rv8cxbVZC3WDV
I have 10 cards and a few bills in it, but there is definitely room for more.
