With a budget of ~$140 I'd definitely suggest the ES 82 degree line. I've got a 6.7 like this and it'll only be about $20 more than the allotted $140.
For planetary it's a fantastic eyepiece and the FoV is breathtaking under the right skies.

Looks like there are 4 available on eBay for $200. The same retailer is also selling them on Amazon at the same price.
Well, it should be 3 available now. Don't think they've updated the stock since I bought mine a couple nights ago. None of the other major retailers have stock that I can see, so if OP or someone else is in the market, this looks like the best shot.
