Expressions of my Own Narcolepsy with Cataplexy: An onward roller coaster ride, it is...
It's on Amazon.
Thank you, I appreciate that!

The biggest recommendation/advice I can tell you, speaking from my past experiences with severe Cataplexy, is learn to be comfortable with it and become familiar with how it is for you, along with do not fight and/or resist physically nor mentally the Cataplexy when it is moderate to severe, develop a sort of technique that works for you, to basically go-to in those moments the moderate or severe hits.
For me, basically after learning a lot about the disease through reading online, interacting online with others especially as others perspectives and experiences are so value-able for grasping the condition, over time I adjusted, finally grasping it for what it was/is for me and was able to improve my situation a lot; though there is no cure and it is something I have to live with.
Lifestyle is critical, so much is at play, it really is a balancing act and walking a fine line, but improving one's overall health will directly impact the symptom, yet there are and will be certain trade offs that we each have to decide or choose, how to proceed through and/or with.
Hope that you are able to find what you need and I can tell you this subreddit is loaded with information, probably one of the better sources of such out there, you still have to steer and sway through it all but there aren't many forums or places with such, factual solid discussions on the subject.
Learning what is scientifically recognized helps too, so reading medical writings and becoming familiar with the terminology (which all seem to have varying definitions from source to source) will help you to connect dots and perhaps, like for me it was helpful, that can lead to being able to better steer what direction to take on your path.
Good luck
Here's a link that could be helpful too, it's a write up I did years ago going into the broad range of physical effects from Cataplexy (am not a doctor, just a person who lives with what can be regularly occurring severe Cataplexy, yet thankfully I was able to limit it a lot, though through many trade offs):

Also, have some self published books on amazon.

Another, which really could have used a solid edit, beyond the one I got, as it is a hard read and really could use a deep editing, has 3 parts. First it goes into factual information about the disease, the second part is about how much Skateboarding helped me to learn and adjust to living with Cataplexy, and the 3rd part is about the broad lifestyle adjustments I made at that time which help/ed me a lot.
The book was as much for me, a therapeutic exercise as anything else and I'd never intended ever in my life of writing a book, beyond that my wording can just be difficult; so a head's up on all that.

Last one I did was basically another therapeutic venture, and is some poems, a few hitting hard on Cataplexy:
