Same for me. I have the extang Solid Fold 2.0 and while I like it for the most part, I have had to forget about the use of the remote tailgate open.

I ended up getting the Extang Solid Fold 2.0 You have to go through their configuration wizard but they will offer you one that works with the MFT.
