This rather unpromising-looking cloth works.
Alternatively, use FFP2 (N95, KN95) or KN94 masks. They have a tighter fit than cloth or surgical masks and a metal strip over the bridge of the nose which can be bent to further improve the fit.
these were the ones recommended to me but I'm fairly sure they would all work
I've tried dish soap, shaving cream and a few different masks with wires but the only thing that has worked for me is this anti fog cloth. Not perfect but I went from not wearing glasses at work because of the fog to being able to wear them. https://www.amazon.ca/Anti-Fog-Eyeglasses-Cleaning-Tablets-Screens/dp/B088K8QKVQ/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=2PQPX2Q84GIF0&dchild=1&keywords=anti+fog&qid=1612898507&sprefix=anti+fog%2Caps%2C245&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFYRUtBQ1VTUUVHTEImZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTA4NDE5ODczVFRXNDdJQkQxSFRLJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA5ODU5NjMxUVIzT0I5V0M5RzMmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl
anti fog wipes work really well and last a while

I use this for my regular glasses because of masks from covid...works excellent.
I find these work wonders for that. :)
Yeah, I bought this one from Amazon.
There are reusable wipesthat you can buy on Amazon that will prevent your glasses from fogging up, or you could try washing them with dish soap :)
Try these
