Yes, I bolted it on. It has a clamp but the adjustment bolts stuck out too far for my adjustable steering wheel deck. (the steering wheel deck is mounted on 2 T tracks so I can easily adjust or swap out for a HOTAS deck for my flying games)
The stand is from amazon. $61.95.

Personally I'd look into 3 separate arms, allows for a bit more flexibility. 3 monitor mounts can be a bit more rigid than I like.
here's a triple mount that seems ok for the price. http://www.amazon.com/Triple-PLASMA-Monitor-Desktop-002-0010/dp/B0034PUWNS?ie=UTF8&keywords=3%20monitor%20mount&qid=1463690797&ref_=sr_1_17&sr=8-17ie=UTF8&keywords=3%20monitor%20mount&qid=1463690797&ref_=sr_1_16&sr=...
It's not too bad. I'm a developer, so having a vertical monitor is beneficial, but I don't like it being in the middle where I'd want to be looking when gaming and such. The only reason it's like that is because apparently supporting up to 24" monitors means that if they're at the max size, they have to be completely straight across, with no angle to them.

This is what I actually meant to link you to, this is the triple version of my double mount that's REALLY sturdy. I understand it will sit too far back with a clamp so you want that one, just wanted to clarify that's the mount I meant.
Or one of these bad boys

A stand that supports three monitors? Here's one. It will need to clamp onto the edge of a table, but I suspect that that's unavoidable with most stands of that sort.
I used the one below. Instead of desktop clamp I used a single lag bolt into stud. Power/Video is through the wall.
