Yeah it's this cage, it only has 350 sq inches but it's able to connect to others and comes with a second floor (which I have taken out right now to change the cage around). The wheel didn't fit, but I bought 2 of them and used industrial scissors to cut around the rim and it fits. A 10 1/2 inch wheel fits, even with the 2nd floor.
Get them into a hospital cage. They could be in respiratory distress. Not the same as a uri. It just means they are having trouble breathing in your current set up. They need a cage with bars for recovery purposes. A critter trail with the tubes removed will do until they recover. Get them some electrolytes. Pedialite unflavored should do. Leave it in their bottle for 3 days. They could be allergic to the bedding you’re using. What kind is it? Is it dust free? I recommend opting for this cage (Favola Hamster Cage Includes Free Water Bottle, Exercise Wheel, Food Dish & Hamster Hide-Out Large Hamster Cage Measures 23.6L x 14.4W x 11.8H-Inches & Includes 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0133LNVAS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_0NG3JT3VC5V1B687MN58 ) with the level removed and carefresh 99% dust free paper bedding for their quarentine period (three weeks). What’s your current enclosure look like? Is it a tank? If it’s a tall instead of a long I recommend getting a long instead of a tall because the tall is too tall for good ventilation. I just went through this a couple weeks ago and this is what my vet recommended. Good luck.
I don't know if they're really that good, but all of my cages are this model. They don't age well (older mice have a hard time getting to the second level) but they vent well.
The girls I was thinking of have two of these connected via tube. But they enjoy hanging out on the deck of my house, because that's the closest to where my desk chair is, which is probably it gets so dirty.

Well, they'd be kept in different rooms. I don't have a Critter Trail - but there is plenty of plastic.
The lower half is a bin cage made from a 34 gallon storage tote (~750 sq in base) with really thick plastic - I had to use a rotary tool to cut the openings. There are plastic tubes leading up to another cage on top: https://www.amazon.com/Ferplast-CAGE-FAVOLA-BLACK-Hamster/dp/B0133LNVAS - it says it's for hamsters, but in the reviews plenty of people claim they house gerbils in it. I use the Ferplast tubes for the connection and they seem a lot thicker than anything they sell in the U.S. However, I did buy some Kaytee tubes because I was going to add a second exit to a playpen area (and it takes too long to get Ferplast shipped).
However, I'll leave him there, if that's what's best. I hope it works out for him.
I have seen some reeeeeeallly cool builds with ikea cabinets like that! Maybe Christmas will be plentiful!
I really like the look of this cage but I'm not sure if it's deep enough? Definitely the first pre-fab I've seen that is at least close to the mark. (minus all the plastic bits inside)

I also invested in this type of cage but it’s up to you in the long run. I don’t wasted my money on three home before I bought this.

The floor isn’t wire- it’s this cage I am looking into getting a bigger cage ASAP.
This one? It is unfortunately too small.
I just wasn't sure how non-toxic the paint is. Speaking on this topic though, I upgraded my Robo's cage to this Ferplast one
