Just get an Amazon Dash button. You could pay nearly $1.90 per blade through Harry's or $0.24 per blade for feathers and just press the dash button when you need more.
Been in your position, now I have no bumps at all. Face is clean and looks like I never had any.
Most important thing is to STOP SHAVING until your beard fully comes in. If to start shaving now you'll just hurt yourself. Go back to using your Bump Patrol. Use it Twice a Day. Most of the bumps will go away after all that. Now onto shaving......
Use a Sharp as shit Double Edged Razor Blade. I prefer Feather Blades they work really well for me.
- Wash face with a face cleanser
- Exfoliant
- Use a non scented high quality shaving cream/shaving soap (DEFINITELY DON'T USE HAND SOAP OR CHEAP CREAM)
- Shave in 1 direction only.
- Use a Alum bar to stop any bleeding
- Use 91% alcohol on your face to disinfect
- (Optional) Bump Patrol for the first 2-3 weeks
- Witch Hazel (Find it at your local CVS )
- Jojoba Oil to moisturize
Its going to take a few months but if you do this every time you shave you'll be good to go. In fact you'll see a massive difference after the first 2 weeks. I know it's a lot of take in but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do.

This is one of the more if not most popular DEs currently out. It will last a lifetime and then some. I would recommend the A guard for something similar to what most Gillette's most popular DEs used to offer. The actual blades can be gotten on Amazon for pennies. I tend to stick with Feather, but some consider them aggressive. I find they pair well with lower gap guards (like the A for the CB razor I linked). It should make for a comfortable combo for someone new to DEs.
One thing to note, the CB Razor I linked is all brass. There are also stainless steel options out there for other new DEs, but they can stain from the blades, so that's something to keep in mind when shopping for one. Personally I stick with brass for the weight, since that's what Gillette's DEs were also made of and what I'm used to using.
If you really want to get wild, thanks to no plating on the CB razor you can force a patina on it for something really dope looking.

Tryablade.com is good because you can buy razors individually or in 5 packs, or try a bunch in a sample pack. Every person's preferences are different, so see what works best for you. I found that Personna Reds are my favorite blades.
The nice thing about DE shaving is that blades are all around pretty cheap. Even if you treat yourself to the most expensive blades money can buy, you'll still only be spending like $.80 for a week's worth of shaves.

You're still speaking for others and I'm nothing special. Just learn how to use it before hacking away at your face and use good shaving cream and most importantly a good new blade. It's not rocket surgery, you can figure it out if you try.

It's way cheaper. I only do a few times with each blade, maybe 4-5 though you could probably get more. I get like 50 blades for $15 on Amazon.
