I unserstand you, it is hard to be romantic all the time. We talked with our therapist and now included couples games into our life. A little card game with interesting scenarios, date ideas, romantic geatures, naughty activities really did wonders for our relationship.
P.s. we tried few games from sex store (https://www.amazon.com/Fifty-Nights-Of-Naughtiness-Games/dp/B00I7SXIK6)
but they were very outdated and then i looked on etsy and found a small company that make gift-like games.
