Not sure how to link the actual review but here on the amazon page for the book the top reviews, sorted by most helpful, it’s about the 3rd or 4th from the top by “meymoon”
This really isn't my genre, but...
I started Shades of Grey just to see what the fuss was all about. I put it down about a quarter of the way in. Not for me.
On the other hand, in the past I have picked up some of Janet Evanovich's early romances (stuff like THIS.) They're really cute, light, fluffy reading. The kind of thing you'd read on vacation by the beach. I'm guessing that they're the kind of books you're thinking of when you say "warm fuzzies." No heaving or throbbing here. :o)
That said, I did stumble on something more like what you're looking for... My daughter loves an author that writes YA paranormal stuff. but, she recently put out an "erotic romance." I picked it up on Kindle just to check it out - and it's definitely not YA!
It's "Scandalous" by Ella Steele. It starts out feeling like a light romance but ends up in places that will make you blush. I took it off my Kindle so that my 12 year old didn't "accidentally" read it.
