I have three of these in water vases in my house and they do a damn good job of keeping the humidity up for my high needs plants. I also have a levoit humidifier that kind of acts as my backup, it’s set to only come on when the humidity dips below 65%, which doesn’t happen often right now but it will in the winter. https://smile.amazon.com/FIGROL-Portable-Humidifier-Household-Without/dp/B07NSPG2SZ/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=doughnut+humidifier&qid=1600928666&sr=8-6
Keep in mind hand misting does not really raise ambient humidity for a meaningful amount of time (test this with a hygrometer), you are better off either purchasing a cheap humidifier or if you want to go low-tech a pebble tray. I use this stick humidifier inside a vase of water.

Depending on what kind of plants you have, you might want to get one of these portable humidifiers. You can stick it in a water bottle in your cup holder.
